👉 In France, the Tourism Code (Article L211-1) strictly regulates the organization of trips.
A club that sells or organizes an “all-inclusive” trip (e.g., accommodation + transportation + sports activities) without being registered as a travel agency is operating outside the law.
➡️ In the event of an inspection or complaint, the president or executives may be held personally liable (fines, or even imprisonment in the event of a serious accident).

💸 2. Financial risk
👉 If a service provider (hotel, transportation company, sports center, etc.) goes bankrupt, cancels, or fails to refund payments, there is no guarantee covering the amounts paid.
